Frage: "kann mithilfe des integrierten administratorkontos nicht geöffnet werden"

Hallo erstmal
Mein Problem ist das ich seit dem neusten update(14.04) bei windows 10 die meldung "kann mithilfe des integrierten administratorkontos nicht geöffnet werden" bekommen wenn ich eine app starten möchte, betrifft sowohl edge als auch den microsoft store und auch alle anderen apps wie nachrichten und fotos. Die sache ist nur die das ich nicht mit dem integriertem administrator sondern mit einem microsoft konto angemeldet bin. Naja nach diesem Problem habe ich versucht das Problem zu lösen indem ich das neuste update deinstaliert habe... hat nichts gebracht. Daraufhin wollte ich einfach ein neues konto anlegen geht jedoch nicht, wenn ich auf "alle einstellungen>konten>ihre e-mail adresse und konten>konto hinzufügen" klicke passiert garnicht es poppt nur für einen bruchteil einer sekunde ein bild af auf... Darufhin habe ich mir die microsoft update-diagnostic runtergeladen und die sagt mir " windows 10 service registration is missing or corrupt" und jetzt hab ich keinen plan mehr. Falls jemand mir irgendwie helfen könnte würde ich mich sehr freuen.
