Iran ‘formally been put on notice’

US President Donald Trump has tweeted that Iran is “on notice” after testing a ballistic missile as he also threatened to withdraw federal funds from UC Berkeley after protests against a planned appearance by a controversial editor of conservative news website Breitbart.
