North Korea reportedly rescinds talks with the South

There are reports North Korea has rescinded talks with the South due to joint military exercises with the United States. The North is also reportedly questioning America's commitment to a planned summit between US President Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un due to take place next month. The joint drills between the South Korean and US air force started on Friday and are a regular rehearsal to defend the South in the event of an invasion from the North.
