Pipeline protesters arrested after spectacular stunt

THREE people are in custody after two Dakota Access pipeline protesters rappelled from the roof of the US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis to hang a banner during the Minnesota Vikings’ season finale against the Chicago Bears.
