Members of a New York community have gathered to remember the victims of the city’s deadliest fire in more than a quarter of a century. Mourners gathered at the vigil with candle lights and released balloons in honour of their neighbours who were killed. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio says a child playing with a stove may have caused the fire in an apartment building that killed 12 people, including four children. It's being described as the deadliest in the city in a quarter of a century.
