Exiled Catalan leader must return to be sworn in

Spain's Constitutional Court has heard former Catalan leader Carles Puigdemont can only be sworn in again if he returns to the country and physically attends the region's parliament. Mr Puigdemont is wanted in Spain on charges of rebellion for facilitating an independence referendum in the autonomous region in October last year.
