Russian Government braces for mass anti-Putin protests

The Russian Government is bracing itself for protests across the country as Vladimir Putin seeks another presidential term. The demonstrations have been called by the anti-corruption campaigner Alexei Nalvarny, who's been banned from running in the upcoming vote over dubious fraud charges. Lawyer, poet and singer Ekaterina Gordon was hoping to run in the election, but she dropped out as she says the election is a farce.
