Building collapses in Brazil after a fire

Cameras have captured the moment a building engulfed in flames and collapsed on itself in the Brazilian city of Sao Paulo. Fire authorities say the blaze began on the sixth floor of the building but its cause was still unknown. At least one person is dead and at least three others are unaccounted for.
