Earthquakes hit Hawaii’s big island as residents flee from volcanic eruption

Fresh earthquakes have hit Hawaii's big island, where a volcanic eruption has forced more than 1700 people from their homes. A magnitude 6.9 quake struck yesterday, and residents were forced to flee when lava flowed into residential areas.
