Iraq parliamentary polling turnout ‘sluggish’

Iraq has reported sluggish turnout for its first parliamentary poll since Baghdad declared the defeat of Islamic State militants five months ago. Thousands of security forces were deployed at polling booths across the country; official results are expected to be announced later today.
