Musk’s ‘pedo’ tweets ‘didn’t hurt’ diver

A British diver who is suing Tesla CEO Elon Musk for defamation can’t recover damages because the diver allegedly started the spat and his reputation hasn’t been harmed, a new lawyer for Mr Musk says in a court filing.
