The death toll from coordinated suicide attacks on three churches in Indonesia has risen to at least 11, with dozens more injured. Police say the blasts occurred within ten minutes of each other in Surabaya, Indonesia's second largest city. A senior police official says the bombings were carried out by at least five suicide bombers, including a woman who had two children with her. The attacks have come just days after Islamist militant prisoners killed five members of an elite counter-terrorism force during a standoff at a high security jail on the outskirts of Jakarta.
