Breast cancer screening programme fails over 200 British women

Up to 270 women may have had their lives shortened because of failings with Britain's National Health Service breast cancer screening programme. British Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt confirmed nearly half a million patients were not brought in for their final screenings over a period of 9 years. He apologised to all those impacted and announced an independent review.
