Cracked window prompts emergency landing of Southwest Airlines flight

A Southwest Airlines flight has been forced to perform an emergency landing in Cleveland, Ohio after a large crack was found in one of the plane's windows. The incident comes a week after an explosion on another Southwest flight which claimed the life of woman when she was partially sucked out a window.
