Burst dam in Kenya kills at least 44

Officials say at least 44 people have died and dozens of people are missing after a dam burst in Kenya. Heavy rain caused the Patel Dam in the country's south-west to burst its banks. Hundreds of homes were swept away as well as power lines, buildings and a primary school.
