Russia’s envoy to the UK says Britain abducted the Skripals

Russia's ambassador to the UK has accused Britain of abducting Sergei and Yulia Skripal and has demanded access to the two Russian citizens, who were poisoned in a nerve agent attack. Alexander Yakovenko was speaking after a meeting at the Foreign Office which he claimed failed to be constructive.
