Justine Damond’s accused killer fronts court again

A US police officer accused of murdering Australian woman Justine Damond has fronted court again. Mohamed Noor did not enter a plea at the hearing in Minneapolis but court documents from April reveal he intends to argue he exercised 'reasonable force'. He has been charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter after fatally shooting the 40-year-old last July, with the penalties carrying 25 years and 10 years in prison respectively.
