Russia tests supremely powerful nuclear weapon

Russia's President says his country has tested a new nuclear weapon that can't be intercepted by anti-missile systems. Vladimir Putin made the claims during a state of the nation address in Moscow, where he also accused the United States of violating the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty.
